All You Need to Know About the ICP ACC Training

The role of the agile coach in the agile team is to act as a catalyst by empowering the team of agile in order to reach their respective goals by improving team practice and facilitating agile thinking. The coach heightens the awareness of the objectives and goals of the business and offers focussed guidance by acting as a team builder, mentor, facilitator, teacher, and role model. Hence, by modifying the culture of the organisation the redefining the paradigm of work, the Agile coach initiates in positive transformation in order to reflect a mindset of agile.

The ICP ACC training, one of the two CLCs or Continuous Learning Certifications’ training, attends mainly on the responsibilities, roles and mindsets of an Agile Coach. The candidates experience both the being and doing of agile coaching in the unique workshop of ICP ACC training. The objectives of the ICP ACC training course are as follows:
